• In accordance with our privacy policy defined, private information regarding our customers will be handled and managed appropriately.

 

We strive to perform insurance solicitation in accordance with the actual situation, needs, and intent of the customer.

 

• We endeavor to take into account fully the purpose for enrollment and customer’s knowledge regarding insurance products and services for our customers

• We strive to in cases upon where explanation of products and services such as insurance and the sales of those insurance products that do not take place face-to-face with our customers, we have improved the description content, etc., so that the customer can fully understand the products and services.

• We strive to perform insurance solicitation at a time, place, and manner which does not disturb the customers.

• We endeavor from the viewpoint of preventing the illegal acquisition of insurance, and therefore sell insurance products appropriately.

• For inquiries from customers, we strive to respond quickly, accurately, politely.

• If the insured event (accident) occurs, we will endeavor to process the claim quickly and appropriately for the payment of such insurance.

• We strive to collect a variety of opinions from our customers, and then utilize those opinions in the sale of and operations regarding insurance products.
